By using this website, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any additional terms communicated to you in relation to a particular order, commission or service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Use of This Website
This website is intended to provide information about Sandra Zomer Ltd, our collection, studio services and the products and services available to purchase or book.
You may use the website for personal and lawful purposes only.
You must not knowingly misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use any content from the website for unauthorised commercial purposes.
To place an order or enter into a contract with Sandra Zomer Ltd, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Products & Collection
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, imagery and information shown on the website are accurate.
Many Sandra Zomer pieces involve specialist textile processes, hand-knitting, digital printing, hand finishing and small-scale production.
As a result, slight variations in colour, print placement, texture, dimensions or finish may occur between individual pieces. These variations reflect the nature of the materials and processes used and form part of the individual character of each garment.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used to view the website.
Ready-to-Wear & Pre-Orders
Ready-to-wear pieces are currently offered predominantly on a pre-order basis.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your piece to be produced and prepared for dispatch.
Production times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by material availability, specialist production processes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through the website, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a valid reason to do so, including where an item cannot be produced or supplied, payment has not been authorised, an obvious pricing or description error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, you will be informed and the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
The final price payable for an online order, together with applicable shipping costs, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the payment services currently available through the website.
Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers. Sandra Zomer Ltd does not control the independent terms or privacy practices of those providers.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Changes to Prices, Products & Services
Sandra Zomer Ltd may introduce, withdraw or modify products, services, appointment types, prices and website content from time to time.
Any changes will apply to future purchases or bookings and will not normally alter the material terms of an order or service that has already been agreed with you without a valid reason or your agreement.
We may also make minor changes where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, address technical issues or make improvements that do not materially disadvantage you.
Bespoke & Made-to-Measure
Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are developed individually according to the client's requirements and the design agreed during the consultation process.
The process may include consultation, design development, fabric or material selection, measurements, fittings and final finishing.
The final design, estimated timeframe and price will be confirmed before production begins.
Depending on the project, a deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the commission and allow development or production to begin.
As bespoke, made-to-measure and personalised pieces are created specifically for an individual client, they cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because the client changes their mind once work has commenced.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a garment is faulty, not as described or does not correspond with what was agreed.
Consultations & Pricing
Prices displayed on the website for bespoke work, alterations, restoration and other studio services should be considered a guide unless expressly stated to be a fixed price.
A final quotation will be provided following consultation or assessment once the nature and extent of the work can be determined.
Any additional work requested after the original quotation has been agreed may result in an additional charge. This will be discussed with you before the additional work is undertaken.
Alterations
Alteration appointments must be booked in advance and take place at the Sandra Zomer workstudio.
Clients should bring the shoes, underwear and relevant accessories they intend to wear with the garment where these may affect its fit, length or overall silhouette.
Standard alterations usually require approximately 5–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the work.
Where an alteration is required in fewer than five working days, a rush fee may apply. Acceptance of urgent work is subject to studio availability and the complexity of the alteration.
A minimum of one working day is required for alteration work.
Bridal & Bespoke Timelines
Bridal and bespoke projects generally require approximately 1–4 weeks, depending on the design, complexity and number of fittings required.
Timeframes are discussed individually and remain estimates until the scope of the work has been fully assessed.
We recommend booking as early as possible for bridal, occasionwear and time-sensitive projects.
Restoration
Restoration services begin with an assessment of the garment.
Vintage, delicate or previously damaged garments may contain weaknesses that are not immediately visible. We will take reasonable care when assessing and working with these pieces and will discuss identifiable limitations or risks with you where appropriate.
Due to the nature and condition of existing materials, it may not always be possible to return a restored garment to an entirely original or flawless condition.
Deposits & Cancellations
Where a consultation, bespoke commission, made-to-measure project or other customised service requires a deposit, the terms of that deposit will be explained before the project is confirmed.
If you cancel before work has begun, any refund will depend on the nature of the booking and any costs already incurred.
Where consultation, creative development, sourcing, preparation or other work has already been undertaken specifically for your project, we may retain an appropriate amount from a deposit or advance payment to reflect work performed and reasonable losses resulting from the cancellation.
We will not seek to retain an amount that is disproportionate to the work carried out or costs reasonably incurred.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds for eligible ready-to-wear purchases are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
Bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised and customised pieces cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind.
Alteration and restoration services that have already been carried out cannot normally be refunded simply because the client changes their mind.
If you believe there is a fault or problem with a garment or service, please contact info@sandrazomer.com so that we can assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, adjustment, replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.
Customer Accounts
If customer account functionality is available on the website, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for ensuring that information associated with your account is accurate.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security purposes, suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of the website or a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an explanation for such action.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption.
Access may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance, technical issues, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary, provided this does not remove rights already acquired in relation to an existing purchase or contract.
Quality & Your Consumer Rights
Sandra Zomer Ltd takes care to ensure that products and services meet the description and standard agreed with the customer.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including your rights in relation to faulty goods, products that are not as described, or services that have not been performed with reasonable care and skill.
Intellectual Property
All original creative content associated with Sandra Zomer Ltd is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Unless expressly permitted, this content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products or designs without prior written permission from Sandra Zomer Ltd.
Purchasing a garment, product or service does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or design rights.
Photography & Website Content
Images and styling shown on the website are intended to represent our products and creative work as accurately as reasonably possible.
Images, photographs and other visual content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Where photographs of bespoke clients or their garments are used for promotional purposes, appropriate permission will be obtained where required.
Third-Party Services & Links
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, booking services, delivery providers or social-media platforms such as Instagram.
These services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and accessibility arrangements.
Sandra Zomer Ltd is not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, Sandra Zomer Ltd will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the contract was entered into.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable requirements.
The version displayed on the website at the time of your order or booking will normally apply to that transaction, unless a later change is required by law or is separately agreed with you.
The date of the latest update will be shown at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are purchasing as a consumer from another country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable where you live.
